There is directions on how to add him to your desktop in their description. Also if you want any more you can just search hetalia shimeji in the search bar here in DA and tons will pop up ^^ thats where I got mine from.

Umm Im not sure if they do or not, sorry :/ but to help you out they only work with Java version 6 and you have to unzip the file, try those and see if it works, if not then Im not sure.

Yeah my computor can only handle 5 or 6 then it freezes up, haha tell me about it England does that too, Im Afk for 8 minutes and my screen is full of him XD
